I am a Staff Research Scientist at Meta Reality Labs, specializing in generative AI for 3D content creation. My current work focuses on advancing the frontier of text-to-3D asset generation, avatar creation, and world synthesis, powering next-generation tools for creators and XR platforms at Meta. Previously, I earned my Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University and a B.E. in Engineering Physics from Tsinghua University. My research background spans temporal modeling, image generation, and novel view synthesis, with a strong emphasis on both foundational algorithms and real-world product impact. At Meta, I have led the development and deployment of industry-leading pipelines such as AssetGen and WorldGen, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality generative models. My work has enabled major launches, improved creator workflows, and set new standards for quality and scalability in 3D asset and world generation. I am passionate about driving technical innovation in generative AI, and shaping the direction of world modeling.
